So What is Covered?

There are different types of cover for your vehicles depending on your needs.

Rescue Plus

Rescue Plus covers 24-hour roadside assistance, available all year round. If your car cannot be repaired at the side of the road then they will tow it to the nearest garage for it to be fixed and returned to you at the soonest possible date. There is no call-out charge for Rescue Plus and they will also cover for misfuelling your car. If there is no available garage to take your car to at the time of the breakdown they will take you home and pick you up the next day to deliver your car to the next available garage for free.

Recovery Plus

Recovery Plus covers you for 24-hour roadside assistance, every day of the year. They offer long distance recovery meaning they will take you and your passengers anywhere in the UK if you were to run into trouble with your car. Again there is no call out charge and you are covered for misfuelling your vehicle. Can I change my level of cover?

What is Personal Cover?

I’ve bought breakdown cover but have changed my mind, will I be charged a cancellation fee?

No. If you cancel your breakdown cover within the 14 days cooling off period then there will be no additional charge to yourself.
