I am moving house what do I need to do?
If you are moving home then you will need to contact Eon on their customer service number to speak to an advisor. There you can update your information with them and they can direct you in the next steps
What are Eon reward points?
You can earn E.On reward points to exchange for Tesco Clubcard points or bonus bond gift vouchers which can be spent at over 18,000 high street retailers. 500 E.on points equal to £5 in Tesco Clubcard points for you to spend on what you need the most.
What is warm home and does eon offer it?
If you are currently receiving benefits and someone in your home is vulnerable then you might be eligible for the warm house offer. This means you can get a discount on the price you pay for your electricity bills. To find out if you are eligible then contact a CSA on 0843 515 8121.
My payments are not showing up on my bill?
Sometimes it can take a couple of days to show up your bill or payment on your bank statement. It is best to leave it a couple of days and check back to see if the payment has gone through. If you are still having trouble with this then contact the number above.
How long will it take to switch to E.on?
It will take 17 days to switch over to E.on from another provider. Within this time eon will gather your meter details for your home and you will need to provide E.on with the latest meter reading. You will need to clear out any outstanding energy bills before you switch to E.on.
