Shopping at Argos
Argos sell a vast range of products. You name it, they probably sell it. They publish catalogues twice a year, in spring/summer and autumn/ winter editions. Catalogue editions tend to have around 1500 pages containing pictures of the products, a description of the product, prices and the catalogue number.

Argos extra is an Argos store that is similar to a normal store, but it offers customers the chance to order-in extra items. They look like normal Argos stores but they have an extra sign on it to let customers know it is an Argos extra store. Anything ordered from their stores will take around 3 to 5 working days to arrive.

What is proof of purchase?
Proof of purchase is a receipt you got when you purchased your item, a confirmation email, e-mail receipt of your item or your order number. Anything else is not proof of purchase and without these, you will not be able to return your product.

To find out when your item will be delivered you need to check your proof of purchase (receipt or email confirmation) which will have the delivery date on there.

Can I return my item if there is something wrong with it?
Yes, if you have had it for 30 days then you can take the product in with your proof of purchase and let a member of staff know what has happened. If it has passed the 30 days mark but you have had it less than one year then Argos will assess what is wrong with the product. They may be able to arrange for free repairs, send it to an engineer or get a full refund depending on the situation.
